Custom production
If you have not chosen a workwear that suits you from our standard range of products, we will be happy to custom make a product according to your wishes. We are able to adapt the colour, design and cut of any of our products directly to your personal design.
Need to shorten or lengthen the length of your trousers or sleeves? Not completely satisfied with the type of fastening? Would you like a standard garment model in a different colour? We are happy to meet your other non-standard requirements.

Gift vouchers
IAre you looking for a way to show your loved ones how much they mean to you or your employees how much you appreciate them? Look no further! You can now buy a Cadenza gift voucher to the value of CZK 200, CZK 500, or CZK 1,000.
The gift voucher can be used to purchase any products and goods from our product portfolio.
Please note that the voucher is valid for six months from the date of issue. It is not possible to exchange it for cash or to divide the value of the voucher into several purchases.
You can buy the gift vouchers in our showroom (Myslíkova 31, Praha 1), or order them online at www.cadenza.cz, or by e-mail at info@cadenza.cz (vouchers are paid cash on delivery). Gift vouchers are in Czech language and Czech currency.

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange the item for a different size, colour, or model, or get a full refund. Please note that we do not offer exchanges or refunds for custom-made products (tailor-made products, embroidered garments, etc.).

Quantity and other discounts
We are pleased to offer a 10% discount to students throughout the year. To qualify for this discount, students must present a valid proof of study (in person at our showroom or electronically as an attachment to their order).
Please note that a discount of up to 30% on design samples, different garment colours and materials, once-washed products and other non-standard models is only available in our Cadenza showroom.
