If you are not satisfied with the products you have purchased and wish to exchange or return them, the easiest way to do so is to use the appropriate form. You can do so within 30 days of purchase (products must not be washed or otherwise damaged):

Models of women’s and men’s clothing are produced mainly in a size range of six sizes (letter series – XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL).
We offer trousers in an extended range of twelve sizes (numerical range – women’s 32, 34, 36, 38, 40, 42, 44, 46, 48, 50, 52, 54 and men’s 40, 42, 44, 46, 48, 50, 52, 54, 56, 58, 60, 62).
