Payment in advance – advance notice
We will issue a prepayment advice for your order, which we will send by e-mail (amount, variable symbol, account number, inventory). For prepayment, you will receive a 2% discount on the order price excluding VAT (discount does not apply to custom orders). We ship the goods only after the amount is credited to our account.
Payment on invoice
The invoice is due within 14 days. This method of payment is only available to sole traders, government and non-profit institutions and contract customers. To access this payment option, you must register in the Cadenza e-shop.

If you have a credit card that allows you to pay online, you can pay for the goods at the time of ordering.
For this service we use payment gateway ComGate. The service provider, ComGate Payments, a.s., is a licensed Payment Institution operating under the supervision of the Czech National Bank. Payments made through the payment gateway are fully secured and all information is encrypted.
Online payment by credit card is the fastest way to pay online. You enter your card number, expiration date and CVC code – three numbers found in the signature strip on the back of the card – into the ComGate payment gateway interface. It’s all secured with the 3D Secure standard, so you’ll probably be asked to enter a numeric code, which you’ll receive via text message from your bank.

For this service we use paymanet gateway ComGate. The service provider, ComGate Payments, a.s., is a licensed Payment Institution operating under the supervision of the Czech National Bank. Payments made through the payment gateway are fully secured and all information is encrypted.
An online bank transfer payment is an instant payment via online banking. The ComGate payment gateway redirects you to your online banking account, where you log in as usual and confirm the payment order you have already prepared. Once the payment is complete, you will be redirected back to the shop. The payment is confirmed immediately, we will proceed with the order without delay. This payment option is available at the following institutions.
For other banking institutions, you have to log in to your online banking and manually fill in the bank order with the generated data, or use the QR code payment option. This form of payment applies to Equa bank, MONETA Money Bank, Sberbank CZ and all other banks.
