CADENZA – PERSONAL PICKUP
Personal collection in our shop in the centre of Prague (Myslíkova 31, Prague 1 – entrance from Černá Street).
You can pick up your order as soon as it is ready for you. We will inform you about this fact by phone or e-mail.
It is possible to pay in cash or by credit card at the shop. If you choose to pay in advance or online by credit card when ordering, we will contact you for collection only after the amount has been credited to our account.
You can come to the shop at any time during opening hours, Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 18:00.
PERSONAL COLLECTION IS FREE OF CHARGE. We look forward to seeing you.

CZECH POST – PARCEL TO HAND
The „Parcel to Hand“ service guarantees delivery directly to your chosen address within the second working day of submission.
On the day of submission, you will be informed by SMS about the delivery of the parcel. In the event that the parcel is not delivered, you will receive information about the unsuccessful delivery. You can order a replacement delivery or pick up the parcel at the relevant post office, where it is stored for 7 days.
The service „Parcel in hand“ offers the possibility of cash on delivery, in most places in the Czech Republic also by credit card.

ZÁSILKOVNA – DELIVERY TO DISPENSING POINTS
For the service Zásilkovna – delivery to delivery points, you can choose from more than 4,000 delivery points, a list of them and the choice will be displayed when you select transport. Delivery of your order is usually within the next day of submission. Immediately after depositing the shipment at the drop-off point, you will be informed by e-mail and SMS with the password for picking up the shipment. You only need to report the password at the dispatch point, you can pay any cash or card payment according to the possibilities of the dispatch point. The shipment is stored at the delivery point for a period of 7 days (it is possible to extend it up to 21 days). The service can be used for shipments weighing up to 5 kg, if your order exceeds this weight, you will not be offered this type of transport when creating your order.

The delivery to address service guarantees hand delivery to your chosen address within the second working day of submission. On the day of submission, you will be informed by email and SMS about the delivery. In the event of non-delivery, you will receive information about the unsuccessful delivery and deposit the parcel at the nearest delivery point, where you can pick it up the same day, but no later than 7 days (it is possible to extend it up to 21 days). The service can be used for parcels weighing up to 10 kg, if your order exceeds this weight, you will not be offered this type of delivery when creating your order.
The „Delivery to address“ service offers the possibility of cash on delivery and payment by credit card.
